We’re partnering with a growing specialist consultancy that helps enterprise clients improve how they capture, understand and act on customer, employee and market insights.

They’re looking for a Senior BDM / Account Director to drive new business and grow strategic relationships across research, CX, VoC and experience management programs.

This is a senior commercial role suited to someone who can open doors, create meaningful conversations with executive stakeholders, and sell consultatively into enterprise and mid-market accounts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and owning a new business pipeline across target enterprise accounts
  • Opening senior conversations across CX, insights, research, marketing, people and transformation teams
  • Selling research, customer experience, VoC and technology-enabled insight solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Developing trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Working closely with delivery teams to shape solutions around client needs
  • Nurturing existing relationships and identifying account growth opportunities
  • Representing a strong specialist proposition in a market with genuine demand

What we’re looking for

  • Proven B2B sales experience across research, CX, SaaS, insights, consulting or professional services
  • Strong new business capability and confidence building pipeline from scratch
  • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and run consultative sales conversations
  • Commercial discipline across pipeline, forecasting, proposals and negotiation
  • Strong communication skills and presence with executive buyers
  • Autonomous, driven and comfortable operating in a growth environment
  • A genuine hunter mindset, balanced with the ability to manage and grow relationships

Package

  • Base salary circa $150k
  • OTE $300k+
  • Full-time permanent role
