Senior BDM / Account Director

We’re partnering with a growing specialist consultancy that helps enterprise clients improve how they capture, understand and act on customer, employee and market insights.
They’re looking for a Senior BDM / Account Director to drive new business and grow strategic relationships across research, CX, VoC and experience management programs.
This is a senior commercial role suited to someone who can open doors, create meaningful conversations with executive stakeholders, and sell consultatively into enterprise and mid-market accounts.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and owning a new business pipeline across target enterprise accounts
- Opening senior conversations across CX, insights, research, marketing, people and transformation teams
- Selling research, customer experience, VoC and technology-enabled insight solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Developing trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
- Working closely with delivery teams to shape solutions around client needs
- Nurturing existing relationships and identifying account growth opportunities
- Representing a strong specialist proposition in a market with genuine demand
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience across research, CX, SaaS, insights, consulting or professional services
- Strong new business capability and confidence building pipeline from scratch
- Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market clients
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and run consultative sales conversations
- Commercial discipline across pipeline, forecasting, proposals and negotiation
- Strong communication skills and presence with executive buyers
- Autonomous, driven and comfortable operating in a growth environment
- A genuine hunter mindset, balanced with the ability to manage and grow relationships
Package
- Base salary circa $150k
- OTE $300k+
- Full-time permanent role
